Despite past deforestation, Conservation International’s efforts have reduced forest loss by 59%, which is huge considering the ongoing challenges posed by climate change. The region’s ideal climate and careful cultivation methods yield unique coffees with vibrant acidity, complex sweetness, and a clean finish.
