Every single-origin coffee we prepare for our menu has its unique roast profile, carefully crafted through testing and tasting. Special attention is paid to every heat, airflow, and timing change to create the ideal flavor balance for drip and pour-over brew methods. Creating the perfect single-origin espresso means starting over on profile development with a different targeting mind: reducing acidity, enhancing the body, and extending sweetness without adding a roasty, bitter taste. Whether you aim to use this coffee for espresso, or a smooth cup of drip, this coffee will deliver a dynamic flavor experience, full of sweetness.

Recommended shot parameters: 196°F, 18g in, 36g out, 30 seconds

Shipping Schedule

We roast Monday - Wednesday and ship USPS priority. Orders placed after 12pm on Wednesday will be filled immediately if we have the coffee on hand. Otherwise, your order will be roasted & shipped the following week.
