Subscriber Frequently Asked Questions

How do I login to manage my subscription?
  1. Go to the Subscriptions page on novelcoffeeroasters.com
  2. Click the link labeled "Already have an account?"
  3. Enter the Email Address and Password that you used when you created your subscription. If you don't remember, contact us and we can lookup your email or reset your password for you.
How do I update my credit card information?
  1. To login, go to the Subscriptions page and click on "Already have an account?"
  2. Once logged in, click Billing Information
  3. Enter your new card details under Add a card
  4. Your new card should now appear in the My Cards list
  5. Next to your new card, click Make Default
  6. Once your new card is the default, click Delete next to the old card
How do I modify or cancel my subscription?
  1. To login, go to the Subscriptions page and click on "Already have an account?"
  2. Once logged in, click My Subscriptions
  3. Your current subscription(s) will be shown under Active Subscriptions.
  4. To remove an active subscription, click Cancel.
  5. To add a new subscription, click Add.
