Kore coffee is grown in Ethiopia's Kochere District using an agroforestry system where coffee and Enset, or False Banana, flourish under the shade of legume trees. Enset, a vital food source for nearly 20 million people in Ethiopia, keeps the soil moist and fertile for the ultimate coffee cultivation. The result is a brightly acidic coffee with notes of wildflower honey and pear.
